Compensation & Benefits

Base Bill Rate: $80.00/hr
Overtime Pay: 1.3x after 40 total hours/week
Double Time Pay: Not available
On-Call Rate: $5.00/hr
Call Back Pay: 1.3x of base rate
Holiday Pay: 1.3x of base rate

Job Description

The Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery will provide expert maternal care, ensuring a safe and supportive birthing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate in Level III or IV Labor & Delivery
Rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, and delivery procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care

Required Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

2 years of recent Labor & Delivery Level III or IV experience ( including scrub and circulating )
18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel

Licensing:

Ohio RN License (PERM) or Compact State License IN HAND

Certifications:

AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
NRP

Additional Requirements:

Must work at least every other holiday
ECG Rhythm Recognition Test & SafeMedicate assessments required during orientation ( must achieve acceptable scores )
Qualivis – Lotus used for submitting hours worked
